What are your authoritative valuation standards?
Valuations are undertaken in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards and RICS Property Measurement (2nd edition). Our approach is also aligned with the International Valuation Standards and follows local best practice.
What documents do you require?
Initially we require a clear copy of the title deed, land plan, QIDs of the property owners, QID of the mandator, CR copy (if applicable), layout plans, floor plans, rental income (for investment properties) and a comprehensive list of machinery and vehicles (if applicable).
Which currency is used in reports?
Unless otherwise stated, reports are prepared in the local currency, Qatari Riyal (QAR), without reference to international currencies.
Can a report be used for another purpose?
No. Reports are produced strictly for the named recipient and the stated purpose, and we do not offer any relaxation of this.
Do your reports meet overseas requirements?
Our services follow RICS and IVSC guidance and are aligned with international standards. Please confirm acceptance with the intended recipient, as each institution sets its own requirements.
Is client data shared?
We do not share your confidential information with any of our peer departments before receiving your written approval. Data protection follows professional standards and practice; see our Data Protection policy.
